APARTMENT DETAILS

The Village offers numerous accommodation types which will suit different requirements and budgets.
Since you do more than just eating, studying and sleeping, the apartments also cater for those other things in life:

 

Eat

All kitchens include a fridge, cooktop, rangehood and microwave.

 

Shower

All bathrooms include a shower, toilet and sink.

 

Sleep and Dress

All bedrooms are provided with:

• Comfortable quality bed and base
• Ample shelving and storage space
• A wardrobe which provides open hanging space at the front and an additional storage area at the rear (full height, 900mm deep).Storage of large items, such as suitcases, can fit comfortably in the lower level
• Full-length mirror
• Lockable storage draw

 

Study

To help you study comfortably, all apartments are provided with;

• A large desk (750mm deep) with pin board and chair
• A swivel mounted flat screen to be used as a TV or computer screen
• Data access points (high speed access through the Village's preferred supplier)

 

Live comfortably

All apartments are provided with;

• A telephone, which has voicemail capabilities. You are able to call international and interstate numbers from the privacy of your own room. Call costs are metered.
• Windows in each room allow for good ventilation and provide natural lighting. All windows have curtains.
• Suitable overhead lighting.
• Some rooms have balconies.
• A folding table is included and stored in the bed/desk divider. It allows you to dine with friends or entertain.

The residential fee is for room only and does not include bedding and kitchen packs which are sold separately.
