No registration or application fees are payable.
A Bond of $600 is payable for any stays longer than 5 weeks.
- Only 52 week contracts are currently available in 2009, except for a limited number of six month Study Abroad Packages
- All rates are inclusive of utilities.
- An optional telephone connection fee of $50.00 is payable by the resident. (fully included in SAEX packages)
If telephone calls are made they are metered and charged to the residents account. - Internet usage is payable by the resident direct to the service provider.
- A bond of $600 is payable at the time booking is made.
- All rates are for room only.
- A fee is payable for contract terminations equal to 2 weeks rent. The tenant is responsible for all rent up to the contract commencement of the approved replacement tenant or the contract end date, whichever comes first.
- Casual stay rates are subject to availability and only sold, if available, during December and January.
- The tenant is to pay a fee of $50.00 to provide for detailing of the apartment. The Room/Apartment is to be left in the same state of cleanliness and repair as it was in on the first day of occupation by the resident considering fair wear and tear. This fee is due and payable upon arrival.
- All bond monies are forwarded by the Village and held at the Residential Tenancy Bond Authority as per the Residential Tenancy Act.
