RESIDENT SUPPORT

Committees - are designed to get you more involved in what you're interested in, the community and to help you develop your talents!! Committees include social, art, sport and charities. Local area activities are organised through committees.

They are varied and include something for everyone.

Peer Support - is sorted out through our » Resident Assistants (RA's). RA's are selected via a rigorous recruitment program, identifying people that have not only the capabilities to take on additional responsibility over and above their studies but have a balanced approach to handling the myriad of issues that can present themselves.

An RA is not a 'policeman' nor are they counselors, they do however offer peer support and direction to residents when needed and identified.

RA's are supported by an extensive educational program that equips them with the skills required to deliver on their role.

Campus Living Villages are currently establishing a mentor program to further assist RA's grow their leadership capabilities and provide a network into their chosen field.
